A rigorous massage performed in the sauna with the Venik: a leafy, fragrant bundles of oak, birch or eucalyptus that are soaked in warm water.

Platza master

Massages the warmed and relaxed skin with the venik branches, using a series of rhythmic taps and strokes. This motion both generates heat over the body and releases the essential oils from the leaves. The platza is said to draw out impurities, improve circulation, prevent premature aging of the skin, improve metabolism and refresh the spirit.

Lava Wash

Elevate your body temperature with this full body wash in our hot wet Banya. Begin with a hot mop to get the body heat up and then be washed with our green tea body wash followed by a cold rinse to help strengthen the immune system. Turn and repeat.

Salt Scrub by Sauna Master

Performed in our hot wet Banya, this scrub will draw out toxins and smooth your skin while your body flows through the extreme heat and cold. From the moment the hot mop slathers your body to the final cold plunge your body will be exhilarated.

Sugar Scrub

One of our new treatments performed in the Turkish steam room. Your body is scrubbed and skin is exfoliated with a mixture of raw brown sugar, fresh grated ginger, lemon juice, orange zest and sea salt. Cool water is used to rinse the product off, and your skin feels soft and refreshed
